Why do I need to verify my identity?
Due to Danish legislation, we need to verify the age and identity of our customers. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC).
To complete the verification process, you’re required to do the following:
1. Provide CPR (Civil Registration Number) and NemID verification, which can be done independently from one another, within 30 days after registration.
2. If there’s a mismatch in the above information, we’ll require proof of ID and/or proof of address.
3. If the CPR and NemID verification isn't completed within 30 days, the account will be closed. Any unused deposits will be returned to you, and all bonus funds, amounts wagered and winnings will be retained.
To complete the CPR verification, we'll need the following details from you:
- First name and last name
- Date of Birth
- Civil Registration Number (CPR)
- Full address
Your NemID information will be needed when a login window pops up, where you’ll need to enter your username and password.
It’s that simple! Once both your CPR number and NemID have been verified, the account is fully verified, meaning you’ll be able to withdraw winnings. You may be required to send in further documents in the future, when we do routine checks on accounts.
